Tech Data offers free and fee-based access to the industry's largest and most highly trained technical support staff. Our toll-free 800 support lines can give you the technical support you need, when you need it. Both pre-sale configuration and post-sale installation assistance are available, and you can also purchase "live" support via 900# support or SMARTSupport. 

For additional technical support, resellers can turn to Tech Data’s comprehensive electronic commerce solutions, which includes HyperHelp and TDXpert.

TechniCall support cards

Now you can expand your help-desk services with TechniCall, Tech Data’s pre-paid technical support cards. TechniCall allows you to offer the best help-desk service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
